1966 Vox Pathfinder with Boss SE70 effects into 300 watt Class D amp
Running a Lace Pickup equipped Fender Strat through an old 8 watt 1966 Vox Pathfinder guitar amp with a tap off of the speaker into a Boss Direct Box and from the direct box into a Boss SE70 Effects box and finally the SE70's line level stereo outputs into a 150 watt per side Class D power amplifier that drives a pair of 8 inch coaxial full range auto speakers.
The concept is to ultimately design a similar compact and lightweight tube amplifier with effects that has an adjustable volume output for club work.

Cabinetry Projects Closer to Completion
Getting closer to getting these unfinished projects completed and ready
for a garage sale of sorts. A few Quad 36 amps and a trio of 18 watters
with a couple of plain jane, no face plate prototypes.
I designed this 18 watt tube amp(lower amp) back in 1991 using pcb construction.
This was well before the boutique amp biz became ubiquitous.
